Who knew npx shadow-cljs compile app and npx shadow-cljs release app would have such markedly different behaviour?

The optimizations in the release command broke existing functionality. Had no clue what was happening until Sonnet 4.5 figured it out.

Lost an entire day due to this. Well, RTFM I guess.
